Job summary

SEEAT is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment across South East Essex Academy Trust, helping our schools attract and appoint talented people who make a difference to children's lives every day.

The role offers 30 hours per week during term time plus three weeks, working closely with the Director of People and Operations and school leaders to shape recruitment strategy, run campaigns, interview candidates and onboard new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
• Proven ability to attract diverse talent for schools.
• Strong interview and onboarding process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across SEEAT and partner schools.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and the Director of People and Operations.
• Manage campaign planning, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Support HR Administrator and deliver a professional candidate experience.
