Role Details:

  • Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
  • Part-time, 18 hours/week: Monday and Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-1pm
  • Assist with customer service, administration, and communication tasks
  • Support the administration team and contribute to procedural improvements
  • Cover holiday absences and support team needs

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
  • Desirable: Basic understanding of housebuilding
