I'm seeking a dedicated Part-time Receptionist to join my client in Wokingham, who thrives in a Not For Profit environment. This role is perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills and a warm, professional demeanour who likes supporting a good cause.Client DetailsMy client is a well-established organisation in the Not For Profit industry. They are a medium-sized organisation, with an outstanding reputation in the community. With a focus on education, they offer a supportive work environment where passion for the arts is shared and celebrated.DescriptionManage reception area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.Handle all administrative duties for the organisation.Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Uphold the positive image of the organisation at all times.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.Support other teams with various administrative tasks.Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.ProfileA successful Part-time Receptionist should have:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Hands-on experience with office equipment.Professional attitude and appearance.Solid written and verbal communication skills.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.Excellent organisational skills.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.Customer service attitude.Must be able to work the hours of Mon - Weds, from 3.45pm to 7.45pmJob OfferAn hourly rate of £14The opportunity to work in the rewarding Not For Profit sector.A supportive team environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that truly values its staff and provides a supportive work environment.
