Job Description

  • Manage reception area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
  • Handle all administrative duties for the organisation.
  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Uphold the positive image of the organisation at all times.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part-time Receptionist should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.


Must be able to work the hours of Mon - Weds, from 3.45pm to 7.45pm
