What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately record calls and visits, relay messages promptly
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and customer enquiries
  • Manage the customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Support with additional tasks to ensure smooth business operations

  • Experience in a customer service role, with a focus on delivering positive experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
