Job summary

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is seeking a Reception Coordinator for our Forfar office. You will deliver exceptional customer service and provide efficient on-site reception and administrative support, acting as the first contact for visitors and colleagues to create a welcoming, well-organised environment.

Based on-site at the Forfar Training School, the role is 14 hours per week (Thu-Fri, 9am-5pm).

Qualifications

• GCSE passes in Maths & English or equivalent.
• Experience in a front-line customer service environment.
• Ability to manage visitors and provide professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, efficient reception presence and manage calls, deliveries and visitors.
• Coordinate and support a volunteer programme with Workplace Services and Volunteering staff.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure security and H&S procedures are followed.
