Job summary

Pertemps Black Country Perms is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join on a part-time basis in Halesowen. You will handle supplier invoices, enter orders, and distribute for authorisation while maintaining accurate filing and supplier statements. The role also includes ad hoc accounts support and phone calls.

The ideal candidate is numerate, well organised, and communicates professionally, with a proactive and collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices via CRM.
• Enter purchase orders and receiving orders on to the system.
• Distribute supplier invoices for authorisation to departments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and file invoices accurately.
• Provide general admin support and handle calls.
