Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join the Parkside Private Patients team at Heatherwood Hospital. You will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming front-of-house service for private patients, visitors and consultants, and handling bookings and enquiries.

In this role you will support billing processes, manage patient and insurance details, and maintain confidential records.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for private patients, visitors and consultants attending the Parkside Suite.
• Provides reception and administrative support to ensure smooth running of the service.
• Manages patient appointments, enquiries and clinic administration.
• Maintains accurate patient, insurance and payment records; supports private patient billing.
• Handles confidential information in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
