Job summary

Esteem South Academy is seeking an experienced Primary Lead to head the primary team, shape curriculum delivery, and oversee assessment systems for pupils with SEND. The role involves line management of the primary staff and driving site-wide improvements across teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will foster resilience, high expectations and collaboration with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School to extend the primary offer from January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a primary team and developing curriculum
• Strong assessment and progress tracking experience
• Ability to manage diverse pupils with SEND and behavioural needs
• Resilience, adaptability and collaborative mindset
