Operose Health is recruiting a GP to deliver high-quality primary care at Park Surgery, Horsham. You will work within a large NHS framework, supporting access, outcomes and patient experience while collaborating with clinical leads.

The role requires GMC registration, GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent) and a solid grounding in QOF and DES. Knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb is preferred, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list with regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation via MRCGP or equivalent.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and coding.
• Working knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients and support the surgery's operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance and QOF outcomes through audits and standard adherence.
• Provide care as per the job plan, including in-person/remote consultations, triage, reviews, and on-call duties (not out-of-hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and place patient care first.
• Support development and review of the surgery action plan with the Practice Manager.
