• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
• Post-registration qualifications in long-term condition management or public health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in line with NMC standards and K&W Healthcare protocols.
• Manage and review patients with long-term conditions (diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension, CVD).
• Undertake clinical procedures such as immunisations, cervical cytology, wound care, ECGs, phlebotomy, and health checks.
