Job summary

K&W Healthcare Ltd is hiring a Nursing Associate to join the MDT in Primary Care, funded through ARRS. You will bridge care between Healthcare Support Workers and Registered Nurses, delivering person-centred care and supporting patient access to services.

Join a GP-led organisation serving Brent locality; you will work under supervision, perform clinical tasks, maintain records, and contribute to service improvements within GP practices.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the NMC as a Nursing Associate.
• Experience with smear tests and vaccinations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care under supervision of registered nurses.
• Support patients through outpatient journey, diagnostics and follow up care.
• Record vital signs and clinical observations.
• Assist with minor procedures and support during appointments.
• Maintain patient documentation in EMIS/Docman/SystemOne.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement and infection control.
