Smile Education is seeking a flexible PPA Cover Teacher to work across a welcoming primary school in Birmingham from November 2026. This part-time role offers variety, covering Nursery through to Year 6 with no planning required, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery and pupil engagement.

The role requires QTS and experience in a primary school, with emphasis on strong classroom management and the ability to teach across multiple year groups.

Smile Education is currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to work across a welcoming primary school in Birmingham from November 2026. This role offers part-time opportunities and is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and working across different age groups.

The Role:

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups from Nursery through to Year 6. This is a classroom-based teaching role with no planning required, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery and pupil engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and learning needs
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to class teachers where appropriate
