Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting a committed PPA Teacher for a temporary role in Worcestershire. The position runs until the end of the Summer Term, with a potential to become permanent with the school. You will cover across Year 1–6, delivering afternoon sessions and providing flexible classroom support.

The role requires QTS (or equivalent) and proven ability to manage diverse year groups. Smile Education backs applicants with safeguarding checks and ongoing support throughout the placement.

Qualifications

• QTS (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience teaching across the primary age range.
• Strong classroom management and a child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Year 1 to Year 6 with flexible classroom support.
• Plan and deliver afternoon sessions.
• PPA time provided to support planning and preparation.
