Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd is recruiting a committed PPA Teacher to provide high-quality classroom cover across all year groups from Reception to Year 6. The role offers variety and the chance to work across the full primary age range within a welcoming school.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have experience in primary education, and be able to build rapid rapport with pupils and staff while delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high behavioural standards.

The Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will:

• Provide classroom cover to allow teachers their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
• Create positive and engaging learning environments for pupils of all ages.
• Adapt your teaching style to suit different year groups and learning needs.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
