Enable is a dynamic social care charity recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Shawlands, Glasgow. You will work with three ladies who live in their own homes, providing support 7 days a week to help them lead fulfilling lives.

No prior care experience is required; Enable values your values and transferrable skills. The role offers training and progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You don’t need care experience to start a social care career with Enable.
• Enable recruits based on values and transferrable skills.
• Note: Successful applicant will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of their start date.

Responsibilities

• Support three ladies in Shawlands to achieve their goals and maintain safety, wellbeing and aspirations.
• Assist with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support as needed.
• Help expand social networks and community connections for the people we support.
