Job summary

Enable Scotland in Shawlands, Glasgow, is recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) for three ladies who require support daily. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with shifts Mon–Fri 9am–6pm or 10am–4pm at weekends. Pay is £13.45 per hour.

No care experience is required; Enable recruits by values and transferrable skills. You will assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support, helping the ladies enjoy everyday activities and social connections.

• Experience in care is not required.
• Values and transferrable skills are valued.
• Ability to support individuals with daily activities and social engagement.
