Job summary

Enable is seeking compassionate Care Support Workers (Personal Assistants) in Glasgow to support Lisa at home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, help maintain routines and promote wellbeing in a respectful, patient manner.

No prior care experience is required; we hire based on values and transferable skills. Driving is required to accompany Lisa on days out; a driver with own vehicle is preferred. Part-time, permanent role with £13.45 per hour and excellent benefits.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable support staff to assist Lisa who lives at home with her family. Lisa has autism and is a fun, witty individual who enjoys engaging with those around her and sharing her great sense of humour.

To provide the best support, we are seeking individuals who are patient, have strong communication skills, and can build a consistent, trusting relationship with her. Reliability is essential, as maintaining routine and stability is important in supporting her wellbeing and daily activities.

Lisa would like a driver to drive her own personal vehicle to enjoy days out at the park and seeing local scenery.
