Job summary

Northern Recruitment Group is assisting a respected housing organisation to appoint an experienced People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Business Partner on a part-time basis. The role is office based three days a week (Tue–Thu), totalling 22.2 hours, with a pro rata salary of £44,615.52.

You will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance across a multi-site operation, partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies, employee relations, and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner in a complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Experience partnering with leaders to deliver people solutions.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders to develop people strategies and interventions.
• Advise on employee relations cases and disciplinary matters.
• Support organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Analyse people data to inform decision making.
