Hopscotch Children’s Therapy Centre seeks a part-time Payroll & Accountant to run the monthly payroll on-site (2–3 days/week) and manage day-to-day accounting for the clinic. Based in central London, you will support the Operations Director with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning as the clinic grows.

Qualified or part-qualified, you will handle payroll, bookkeeping, cash flow, and month-end reporting, collaborating with external accountants and the clinical/operations teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience running full finance function for SME.
• Experience managing payroll end-to-end in the UK.
• Proven ability to prepare management accounts and financial reports.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payroll for staff, including PAYE, NI, pension auto-enrolment.
• Submit RTI and liaise with HMRC on submissions.
• Manage invoices, reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial summaries for directors.
• Model financial impact of new services and budgets.
