TN Recruits Ltd in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a well-established accountancy practice on a part-time basis. The role covers payroll for a varied portfolio of clients, approximately 25 hours across four days per week, with flexibility in how those hours are structured.

It offers a friendly, supportive environment with good staff retention. You will manage payroll end-to-end, including RTI submissions, pensions and auto-enrolment, and handle payroll queries

Formación

• Experience in payroll within an accountancy practice environment
• Good knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments
• Experience with workplace pensions and auto-enrolment
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing directly with clients

Responsabilidades

• Obtain payroll information from clients and ensure information is received on time
• Process payrolls accurately from start to finish
• Calculate PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments
• Process starters, leavers and employee changes and generate payslips
• Submit RTI information to HMRC and manage pension contributions
