Confidential is seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Manager in Wilmslow. You will process client payrolls, administer pension submissions and respond to payroll-related enquiries.

Qualifications

  • Two years' payroll experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE, pension and GDPR legislation.

  • Ability to work accurately and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process payrolls of up to 80 payslips.
  • Administer new starters, leavers, sickness, statutory leave and timecard entries.
  • Complete National Minimum Wage checks.
  • Onboard new payroll clients.
  • Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
  • Complete monthly pension uploads.
  • Reconcile pension contributions and authorise payments within provider deadlines.
  • Complete Pension Regulator compliance actions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with PAYE, pension and GDPR requirements.

Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Role Overview

An established accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator to support its Payroll Manager with the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.

The successful candidate will process client payrolls, administer pension submissions and respond to payroll-related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Process payrolls of up to 80 payslips.
  • - Administer new starters, leavers, sickness, statutory leave and timecard entries.
  • - Complete National Minimum Wage checks.
