Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator in Wilmslow to manage a portfolio of SME clients in a shared role. The position is permanent with flexible 2/3 days pattern and office-based with potential home presence after probation.

Reporting to Payroll manager, you will handle weekly and monthly payroll processing, end-to-end payroll for multiple SME clients, and respond to client queries with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll work.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Excellent customer service and responsiveness to client queries.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple SME clients.
• Weekly and monthly payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
• Handle client queries with high service levels.
• Perform manual payroll calculations as required.
