Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Pastoral Support Tutor to join Windsor College on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time. The role focuses on pastoral guidance, safeguarding and supporting students’ academic progress and welfare.

You will work with Sixth Form learners, delivering tailored wellbeing and study-skills development, and collaborate with staff to ensure an excellent college experience while keeping safeguarding at the forefront.

Qualifikationen

• Pastoral support and safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to support Sixth Form learners with wellbeing and study skills.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide pastoral guidance on academic performance and financial welfare for students.
• Lead pastoral and personal development activities for Sixth Form learners.
• Conduct one-to-one tutoring and coaching to boost wellbeing and study skills.
• Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver a high-quality college experience.
• Support safeguarding processes and participate in PEP meetings as required.
