Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an ESOL Pastoral Tutor to work across the Slough and Langley College campuses. The role is part-time (14.5 hours/week) over two days, term-time only (38 weeks/year), with a pro rata salary on Scale H of the Support Staff pay scale.

You will support ESOL learners with academic performance and financial welfare, lead group activities, and provide one-to-one tutoring to boost wellbeing and study skills, while collaborating with safeguarding leads for welfare

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral support for ESOL learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group pastoral and personal development activities for ESOL learners.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring to enhance wellbeing, study skills and academic progress.
• Collaborate with educators and safeguarding leads to support PEP meetings and student welfare.
