Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Pastoral Tutor to join the ESOL Department, supporting students at Slough & Langley College campuses. The role is 14.5 hours per week over two days, with one day a Thursday, term-time only (38 weeks per year).

The salary is pro rata on Scale H20 to H22 (£9,890.57–£10,526.07 per annum), based on a full-time equivalent of £29,586–£31,487. This post includes safeguarding responsibilities and a focus on student wellbeing and progression.

Qualifications

• Pastoral or student welfare support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support ESOL learners with pastoral and wellbeing needs.
• Lead group pastoral and personal development activities for ESOL learners.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring and coaching to enhance wellbeing and study skills.
• Collaborate with educators and managers to support safeguarding and PEP meetings.
