Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service and manage expectations.
• Acknowledge and resolve complaints efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Keep service users informed throughout the complaints process.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complaints raised.
• Report on complaints and provide feedback on trends and patterns.
• Suggest improvements to reduce complaints and improve passenger experience.
• Escalate higher level complaints to senior management when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties via written, telephonic, and verbal channels.
• Collaborate with third parties and other departments to gather information for investigations.
• Keep records up to date and accurate.
• Ensure data protection and comply with GDPR and ISO27001 standards.
