Veezu is seeking a Passenger Experience Executive (part-time) to drive complaint resolution and uphold the brand through exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining timely acknowledgements, investigating complaints, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

You will attend meetings at Veezu office locations as needed, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement across the country.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• Numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.

• The ability to prioritise workload and multi-task when required.
