Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Parent Support Team Assistant Coordinator for 22.5 hours per week. You’ll support parent groups, manage referrals and help prepare sessions, working with the Team Manager to deliver termly programmes across Gloucestershire.

Ideal candidates will have experience delivering parent programmes, working with families, and knowledge of CAMHS LD approaches. The role offers a permanent contract and pro rata salary arrangement.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths required; relevant childcare qualification preferred.
• Diploma in Children's Care Learning & Development or equivalent.
• Recognised qualification in delivering parent programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing parent groups, referrals and preparation tasks.
• Deliver evidence-based parent training programmes with safeguarding focus.
• Support data reporting and information management for the team.
