Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-time Parent Support Team Assistant Coordinator to join the team. The role focuses on administration for delivering Parent Groups, referral management and group preparation tasks.

You will work under the supervision of the Band 5 Parent Programme Team manager to deliver Parent Programmes on a termly basis and provide consultation to Programme Group Facilitators. 22.5 hours/week, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative duties.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a range of administration tasks involved with delivering Parent Groups, referral management and group preparation tasks.
• Work under the supervision of the Band 5 Parent Programme Team manager to deliver Parent Programmes on a termly basis.
• Provide appropriate consultation to all Programme Group Facilitators and undertake regular CPD activities.
