Elysium Healthcare is seeking a part-time Painter and Decorator for Braeburn House in Salford. You will lead decorating tasks, prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and maintain high standards of workmanship within project timelines.

A full UK driving license and ability to coordinate with contractors are desirable. The role offers an hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, training, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and decorating is required.
• Ability to interact with people face-to-face is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests from management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all decorating tasks and ensure high standards.
• Prepare surfaces prior to painting.
• Apply paint, varnish and finishes with brushes/rollers/sprayers.
• Repair and maintain painted surfaces, including touch-ups.
• Keep work within timelines and budgets.
• Procure painting materials through proper channels.
• Keep area clean and tools organised.
