Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving execution while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When the manager is offsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, handling customer inquiries, coaching colleagues, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a part-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store and supervising staff when the manager is not onsite.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and support weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
