A dynamic manufacturing business is seeking a Generalist HR Officer to provide hands-on HR administration and support. The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment activities, and compliance with NI employment law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and be studying for or possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
