Part-Time Office Manager – 16hrs/week | Tues–Thurs | SE1 London
Are you a super-organised people-person who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
Our client is a boutique London-based consulting firm looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our small but mighty team.
Working Hours: 16 hours per week, ideally split across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during school hours - we are open to conversations around times that suit you!
Location: SE1, London (office-based for team cohesion)
Pay: £18–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
As our Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our team supported, organised, and connected. From stocking the snacks to booking travel, updating policies to helping with light HR tasks—you’ll be the calm in our creative, busy storm.
Your Day-to-Day:
Manage office supplies and liaise with landlord/cleaners
Support travel/accommodation bookings
Help track holiday and expenses submissions
Update light-touch company policies (we like to keep it simple!)
Be a warm point of contact for our team and a vital link to our outsourced finance partner
