Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join Wytham Lodge in Padiham. You will deliver high-quality OT services and support residents to maximise independence throughout their care journey. You will collaborate with a Clinical Team, perform assessments, and develop personalised rehabilitation plans.

The role emphasises dignity, person-centred care and measurable outcomes. Applicants should have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration is required to practice.
• Experience in care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessments and interventions to support independence.
• Work with the Clinical Team to develop person-centred care plans.
• Manage a clinical caseload and carry out assessments.
• Maintain accurate records for residents receiving OT.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with professionals to deliver OT services.
