Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Wytham Lodge in Padiham, Burnley, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the care team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). You’ll provide specialist assessments, interventions and aim to maximise residents' independence, within a person-centred plan.

You’ll work with the Therapy Team, maintain records, and contribute to outcomes. A BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are required; benefits include supervision, discounts and support services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions with residents, families and professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Team to plan and evaluate outcomes.
• Manage a clinical caseload and carry out assessments.
• Maintain accurate records for residents receiving occupational therapy.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence in daily activities.
