Job summary

Howdens Joinery is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our Raunds site, delivering proactive, confidential OH services within a busy operational environment.

You will work with HR, Safety, SHE and site operations, providing expert clinics, one-to-one consultations, and guidance to manage health risks, promote wellbeing and ensure compliance.

This role offers autonomous working, strong stakeholder relationships and the chance to influence OH practices across the operation.

Qualifications

• Recognised occupational health qualification.
• Experience in occupational health within a similar environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health clinics and confidential one-to-one consultations.
• Support case management, rehabilitation and return-to-work programmes.
• Prepare case information and follow-up recommendations from OH Physician/Lead OHN Advisor.
• Support employee health surveillance and screening programmes.
