Zusammenfassung

Howdens Joinery is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide proactive and confidential OH services at our Raunds site. You will work autonomously while collaborating with HR, SHE, manufacturing, logistics and engineering to protect employee wellbeing and reduce workplace health risks.

You will deliver clinics, manage cases, and support surveillance, with a focus on timely return-to-work and health promotion across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Occupational Health qualification.
• Strong case-management, planning and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in occupational health within a similar role is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver occupational health clinics and confidential one-to-one employee consultations.
• Support management of occupational health cases, including rehabilitation and return-to-work programmes.
• Coordinate employee health surveillance and screening programmes.
• Provide health advice to managers, HR and SHE colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
