Childbase Partnership invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner (qualified or unqualified) at Lime Grove Day Nursery, Hemel Hempstead. The role runs 7:30–10:00, Mon–Fri, 12.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year, with a salary of £12.87-£15.59 per hour.

You will work with babies and children under five, supporting learning through play, observing progress, and upholding safeguarding standards, within a supportive team. The employer promotes inclusivity and offers training via their academy.

Qualifikationen

• Caring for babies and young children, especially under five.
• Knowledge of EYFS concepts and practices is advantageous.
• Understanding safeguarding best practices and child welfare.

Aufgaben

• Plan engaging activities to support learning through play.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress.
• Safeguard children and promote well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to build strong relationships.
