Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Nursery Assistant/Unqualified Nursery Practitioner at Willows Day Nursery in Stoke Mandeville. This permanent, part-time role offers 25 hours per week across 52 weeks, with a pro-rata salary of £26,769.60 per year (£12.87 per hour) and a Monday–Friday 13:00–18:00 pattern.

You will support early years learning, care for babies and children under five, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience caring for babies and children aged five and under, ideally in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS guidance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of high-quality early years activities.
• Supporting a Key Person to observe, assess and record children's progress.
