Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking an Early Years Apprentice at Lime Grove Day Nursery in Hemel Hempstead. This 37.5-hour week role includes training towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, with on-site learning and regular trainer visits to support coursework and progression.

You will begin on £8.00 per hour, rising after six months, and then again after 12 months for eligible staff. The apprenticeship combines practical work with theory and aims to lead to a permanent

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and with parents.
• Good time management to balance study and work commitments.
• Observation and assessment of children's progress in line with EYFS.
