Childbase Partnership's Cedars Day Nursery in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Nursery Assistant/Unqualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a permanent basis. The role is 12.5 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts 16:00-18:30 Monday to Friday.

Salary is £26,769.60 per annum pro-rata (£12.87 per hour). You will support babies and children under five, apply EYFS principles, observe progress, and work with colleagues and parents to deliver high-quality learning experiences with

Qualifications

• You have some experience caring for babies and children aged five and under.
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS is preferred.
• You will safeguard and promote well-being for every child.
• You enjoy working with others and communicating with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality activities to support learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress as a Key Person.
• Collaborate with parents and team to support each child's development.
