Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist for a 12-month fixed term to join North Kerrier community therapy teams and the Newquay inpatient therapy team. The role is part time, 25.5 hours per week, with potential flex around bank holidays and site locations in Redruth.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team across community and inpatient settings, managing a varied caseload including orthopaedics, MS, MND, Parkinson's, amputees, falls and frailty, with

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• IELTS unless qualification taken in English.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and health care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on inpatient and home settings, including residential and nursing homes.
• Set treatment goals and follow treatment plans.
• In-reach into community hospitals to facilitate early discharge.
• Work with reablement services and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
