Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking In-Person Mystery Shoppers to perform ID-testing audits across supermarkets, retailers, and betting shops. You will make a purchase and report on whether ID was requested, with flexible part-time hours to fit around studies or other work.

Auditors are recruited nationwide with age-verification audits prioritizing 18–19-year-olds. Pay is per audit, aligned with Real-Living-Wage rate, and workloads come in batches near you with optional extra income through referrals.

Qualifications

• Auditing and mystery shopping at various sites.
• Age-verification audits involve reporting if ID was requested.
• Part-time role with flexible hours across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more.
• Purchase items as required and report audit outcomes and ID checks.
• Record results and communicate feedback to Area Managers.
