Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting for In-Person Mystery Shoppers to conduct ID-testing audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. This part-time, flexible role pays per audit at a Real-Living-Wage rate, with audits allocated in nearby batches to fit around other commitments.

Auditors must be 16+, with age-verification tasks limited to 18–19-year-olds; there are plenty of non-age-restricted audits as well. Suitable for study or other work.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ eligible for general audits; age-verification tasks restricted to 18–19-year-olds.
• Audits across sites require honesty and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at various sites, make a specific purchase, and report the experience.
• Communicate results clearly to management and assist with improving customer checks.
