Vertas Group is seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in South Derbyshire. The role involves caretaking duties and maintaining cleanliness for 18.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with shift blocks 07:00-10:00 and 15:00-19:00.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, be reliable, and able to work independently while supporting a growing organisation. DBS checks and safeguarding commitments apply as part of the employment process.

Competenze

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance or similar settings.
• Legionella and Fire Alarm experience desirable but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across the week and adapt to changes.
