Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; and two years of medical records experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Maintain medical records filing system for Long Term Care Services.
• Safeguard client and resident records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Create electronic charts upon admission and image documents for EMR storage.
• Work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position and department.
