Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review incoming correspondence, file documents, and enter pertinent information.
• Update patient records in the electronic medical record system per coding workflow protocol.
• Highlight clinician action and route to the appropriate clinician or team.
• Organise patient records to link problem titles.
• Recognise knowledge limits and seek advice from colleagues as needed.
• Carry out administrative tasks as delegated by clinical lead and practice manager.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as allocated by the practice manager or partners.
