Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland is inviting applications for a part-time administrative post based within the Photobiology Department at Ninewells Hospital. The role supports the Specialist Surgery Division with an efficient service. Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills are essential, with good typing and IT ability preferred.

Applicants should have prior office experience; NHS Tayside IT knowledge is not required. Induction standards must be completed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive administrative service within the Specialist Surgery Division.
• Be based within the Photobiology Department at Ninewells Hospital.
• Support colleagues with effective communication and documentation.
• Meet the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
