Job summary

JAB Group is seeking a part-time Management Accountant with a manufacturing background, to join a small, hands-on team in Wales. The role requires connecting the numbers to shop floor realities, focusing on costings, stock control, BOMs, and supplier costs.

Hybrid work will be available after an initial office start. The position offers flexible three days per week with potential split across three to five days, allowing childcare or work-life balance flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance and understanding of stock, BOMs and production costs.
• Excellent Excel and systems skills; ability to connect numbers to shop floor.
• Experience with purchasing and supplier management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing costings and financial control.
• Monitor stock, inventory and material usage.
• Prepare BOMs, purchasing and supplier cost reporting.
• Deliver management reporting and reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies, efficiencies and cost savings.
